What Should I expect during my first visit?

During your first visit, we will have a brief consultation to discuss your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals. This allows us to tailor the treatment to your specific needs. Please aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled massage to permit ample time to complete any necessary paper work. As a courtesy to other members and guests, we must start and end each massage service at the scheduled time; accordingly, we will not be able to extend the time of your service if you arrive late. 

What Is our policy related to cell phone use at the time of service?

We aim to create a safe and relaxing environment for our guests.Cell phones can be disruptive, we require that the phones be turned off or switched to silent mode upon check-in.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least a 24 hour’s notice for cancellations. We charge a $25 reservation deposit at the time of booking that will be applied to your remaining balance. No Shows will be charge the $25 reservation deposit to compensate for our service time. We respectfully request a 24 hour notification to cancel your appointment to avoid any charges, you can text or call us at (747) 251-1222.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and credit cards, and mobile payment options through Zelle and Venmo.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we offer gift certificates that can be used for our services. They make a great gift for birthdays, holidays, or special occasions. They can be purchased in person.

Are services and pricing subject to change?

Yes, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

Can I combine different services in one session?

Absolutely! We can customize your session to include a combination of our services such as massage therapy followed by energy healing, or any other add-ons. Let us know your preferences, and we will tailor the session to meet your needs.

Is Energy Healing right for me?

Energy Healing is beneficial if you feel emotionally or energetically imbalanced, stressed, or weighed down by negative energy. It helps to clear your energy field, restore balance, and promote overall well-being.

Do you offer services for pregnant woman?

Yes, we offer specialized services such as prenatal massage for pregnant woman. We tailor our sessions to accommodate various needs and life stages.

Do you permit minors to use the services?

Yes, we make services available to minors between the ages of 13 and 17. Minor use of services requires the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, and for the parent or legal guardian to be present in the room during the session.

What is cbd oil massage, and is it safe?

CBD oil massage involves the application of CBD-infused oil during your massage session. It offers anti-inflammatory and pain relieving benefits, promoting deeper relaxation. CBD oil is safe and does not contain THC, so it wont produce any psychoactive effects.

What if I’m not feeling well?

If you are feeling sick or unwell prior to the start of your scheduled massage, we encourage you to stay home. Keeping guests and therapists safe is everyone’s responsibility. If you begin to feel sick during your treatment, please let your massage therapist know immediately.

What should I do to prepare before a massage?

Take a shower. Eat a snack and stay hydrated throughout the day. Go to the bathroom. Arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork, chat with your massage therapist, and Turn off your phone.

What should I wear to my appointment?

For massage therapy, you will be asked to undress to your comfort level. You will be fully draped with a sheet or towel during the session, and only the area being worked on will be exposed. For energy healing, meditation sessions and sports massage comfortable clothing is recommended.

Can I talk during my session?

Your comfort matters. Feel free to talk with your therapist as much, or as little, as you wish. Maintain open lines of communication with your therapist if you’d like to provide feedback on their pressure or techniques to deliver the best experience possible.

How often should I come in?

The frequency of sessions depends on your individual wellness goals and needs. For general maintenance many clients benefit from monthly sessions. If you have specific concerns, more frequent visit will be recommended.

What are you business hours?

We are primarily open on weekends but we also offer weekday evening appointments to accommodate your busy schedule.
